Housing in Sanford, NC - 6/22/2014
It's pretty affordable and safe place to live. I do not yet have school aged children but I understand the education is not the best here. But it is nice, quiet, sleepy town with great parks and action no further than 45 mins away. Fayetteville to the south and Cary to the north. A bit further north is Raleigh. Chapel Hill is also pretty close with a lot to do.
So if you're looking for more house for your money and don't mind a bit of a commute (the traffic here is nothing if you're from Cali, southern Florida or NYC) then Sanford is the place to be! ;) Read More
